N20 C LX


With its scissor lift, the N20 C LX order picker is a powerful and ergonomic order picking solution and can lift and transport up to 2,000 kilograms. During order picking, the driver comfortably lifts the forks to the optimum height to avoid unnecessary stress. This means that two Euro pallets can be filled at the same time to protect the back. The operator’s platform can also be lifted as an option for occasional order picking on the second level. The construction of the mast and chassis prevents crushing injuries. In addition, the operator’s platform offers good all-round visibility and can also be equipped with a panoramic mirror.



Product Overview

The N20 C LX order picker automatically adjusts its speed in curves and with lowered forks, thereby increasing the safety of the driver, load and pedestrians. Three braking systems ensure safety in all situations: The electromagnetic service brake, a hydraulically assisted braking system that reduces the speed proportionally to the weight of the load, and the Linde Brake Control which is automatically applied when the drive control is released. Additional safety is provided by the flattened contours of the chassis and the rounded operator’s platform, as well as the automatic lane centering of the Linde Steering Wheel. As an option, LED front lights and the Linde BlueSpot™ also visually announce the order picker.

The wide operator’s platform, which is easily accessible from both sides of the vehicle and has a very low entrance, enables the driver to work short distances and with little fatigue. The special scissor lift design allows the operator to load both pallets at a height that is easy on the back and eliminates unnecessary movement. To further optimize efficiency, the mast controls and optional pedestrian controls for moving the vehicle are located on both sides of the backrest. The driver’s compartment has various options for the operator to adjust the vehicle to their requirements, including many storage areas. Both, the ergonomic and intuitive Linde Steering Wheel as well as the backrest are height-adjustable. The backrest also has a foldable seating support. A dampened platform reduces vibration caused by uneven surfaces and a non-slip rubber pad improves the operator’s standing position.

The N20 C LX enables the fast and safe order picking of even heavy or long goods. Powered by a 3 kW three-phase AC motor, it accelerates quickly to top speed. With the Linde On-Board Charger, the handling effort for charging the battery is minimized. With the optionally available lithium-ion battery, the driver can use breaks to recharge the vehicle. A multifunction display informs the driver of the current charge status of the order picker. Intuitive control symbols on the steering wheel show the functions of the most important commands at a glance. The driver’s cab also has a front shelf, bottle holder, and knee protector that can be used as a paper compartment.

The N 20 C LX scissor lift order picker requires only minimal maintenance: The vehicle runs for up to 1,000 operating hours without service checks. The three-phase AC technology is maintenance free and there is no need to readjust the brakes. All service components are easily accessible to the technician after removal of the service panel. The essential vehicle parameters can be read out via a CAN bus connection via a laptop.
