The long tiller arm is attached very low down on the vehicle. This ensures a large safety distance between the driver and the vehicle frame. In addition, the tiller head effectively shields the hands and the low chassis prevents the feet from getting under the vehicle. The L14 C stops quickly when the operator releases the butterfly button or operates the belly switch. In addition, the mechanical brake acts when the tiller is in vertical and horizontal position. An optional creep speed button makes maneuvering easier and prevents collisions when space is limited, for example. With the parking brake, the L14 C is always safe, even on slopes.

The pallet stacker can be easily operated with both hands: All control elements are located in an ergonomic and large tiller head. It can even be operated while wearing thick gloves – while working in a cold store, for example. The narrow mast guarantees good visibility of the load at all times. There is also a practical storage compartment for everyday work utensils.

The L14 C pallet stacker combines a powerful 1.2 kW AC motor with precise mechanical steering to ensure fast transport processes. Even when loaded, the truck is therefore able to reach a speed of six kilometers per hour. The speed varies depending on the position of the tiller. With the OptiLift function, the operator can effortlessly control the lifting and lowering of the load with a light finger movement. A service technician can adjust operating parameters, such as the maximum speed, to suit the respective application. This simplifies many individual processes.

The AC motor requires no maintenance and thus reduces operating costs. The service technician can easily read off all vehicle data via CAN bus. In addition, all components are easily accessible – many service processes therefore run very quickly. The mast channels are made of high-quality rolled sections. This ensures a long service life. The same applies to the robust chassis, the stable engine cover and the cast steel rear apron.
