Electric Pallet Stacker with Ergonomic Platform

The L14 P electric pallet stacker from Linde Material Handling ensures precise stacking and transport, as well as a safe and efficient material flow. The truck can carry loads of up to 1,400 kg and reach a maximum speed of 6 km/h. Thanks to the fold-out platform, operators can cover short and medium distances in warehouses without any difficulties. The platform’s special suspension eliminates any vibrations and shocks when on the move and the non-slip rubber mat ensures operators maintain a secure footing. The Linde OptiLift® control system is quiet and energy saving, and enables operators to handle loads with absolute precision. Thanks to this intuitive system, operators can control all driving and lifting maneuvers with just one finger, while maintaining a good view through the mast. A creep speed button on the ergonomic tiller head also reduces the speed to 1.5 km/h in pedestrian truck mode, making maneuvering in tight warehouse environments even safer.



Product Overview

The robust steel chassis of the L14 P pallet stacker is rounded at the edges and lies just 4 cm above the floor, in order to minimize the risk of injury. A three-part braking system provides additional safety. When the operator releases the drive switch or activates the anti-collision belly switch, the vehicle brakes automatically. When approaching on ramps, the vehicle is also prevented from rolling back. Moreover, the easily-accessible emergency stop is designed to disconnect all electrical circuits and apply the electro-hydraulic brake when activated.

For transport operations in the warehouse, operators can use the fold-out platform. This is fitted with a rubber mat to ensure they maintain a secure footing while driving. The short, raised tiller has a very large angle of rotation to ensure there is sufficient distance between operator and truck. All controls for reverse and forward driving, as well as lifting and lowering the forks, are integrated into the tiller head. The ergonomic butterfly shape also allows operators to use the controls comfortably with gloves, meaning the vehicle is well suited for colder storage environments. In addition, the L14 P features a large storage compartment, so operators can have all the equipment they need to hand.

The L14 P pallet stacker can be quickly adapted to different warehouse environments, enabling a seamless material flow. With its powerful 1.2 kW AC engine, it can reach speeds of up to 6 km/h over longer distances with or without a load. In tight warehouse environments, the creep speed button enables easy and safe maneuvering at a maximum speed of 1.5 km/h in pedestrian truck mode. The tiller head is robust, stress resistant and durable. Thanks to the sensitive Linde OptiLift® control system, load handling is quiet and precise. A multi-functional display provides up-to-date information about the battery and maintenance status of the truck and allows access via PIN entry. In addition, the four-wheel configuration ensures optimum traction and stability.

The L14 P pallet stacker simplifies and reduces maintenance requirements. All main components are clearly arranged and easy to access by removing the front engine console. A CAN bus connection enables technicians to read out the vehicle data quickly and conveniently and then analyze it on a laptop. The maintenance intervals between service checks have also been extended to around 1000 operating hours, thanks to the new technology in the AC engine and reduced wear on the breaks achieved by the electromagnetic brake system.
